reinforced supporting rods. The base pipe is manufactured from
robust API 5CT casing, available in both stainless steel and carbon
steel, with perforated or slotted designs for optimal fluid flow.
The wedge wire screen features V-shaped profile wires securely
fusion-welded to longitudinal support rods at every intersection,
ensuring exceptional structural integrity and mechanical strength.
The unique V-shaped wire design prevents clogging while maintaining
smooth water passage. With a high open area ratio, these screens
minimize inflow velocity, effectively reducing sand intrusion even
under high-pressure conditions.
Customizable slot sizes allow for precise filtration based on
